Célia ROUSSIN is a French entrepreneur, founder of Pépite Raisin, a pioneering company specializing in circular innovations derived from grape and wine residues.

With over a decade of global experience in the wines and spirits industry, Célia recognized the immense potential of the bioeconomy and nature-based solutions for regenerative purposes, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

She believes that success entails not only building a viable and profitable company but also fostering a thriving ecosystem, upstream and downstream, with clients, stakeholders, and partners, where people can grow. Célia envisions a care economy, where companies genuinely care for ecosystems. Her approach is systemic, recognizing the interconnectedness of all elements.

Présentation PowerPoint Célia holds a Master's degree in Humanities and Marketing from CELSA - Paris Sorbonne University and has honed her environmental expertise through programs at Cambridge University, Lumia on regenerative practices, and the Institut des Futurs Souhaitables focusing on biomimicry innovation. She is also a laureate of the Women Entrepreneur 4 Good program, led by HEC Business School and the Women's Forum. Célia started her company after giving birth to a little girl, embodying her dedication to the present generation while ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.
