Ali ALABYADH

Ali ALABYADH is a a geologist, and marine scientist who grew up on a little island in the Arabian Gulf. With a master’s degree in geology and a background in petroleum engineering, Ali embarked on a transformative journey.

Passionate about marine ecosystems, he pivoted toward marine biology, earning another master’s degree and pursuing a Ph.D. in marine science.

Ali focuses on coral reef conservation and restoration, striving to protect the ocean while ensuring sustainable development along the Red Sea coast. Beyond research, Ali is committed to transferring scientific knowledge into impactful awareness. Ali strives to collaborate with decision-makers, advocating for environmentally conscious policies and practices. Ali’s vision is to create a harmonious balance between coastal progress and the well-being of our planet.
