Re.Generation Future Leaders Campus 2025: a shared journey of leadership and impact
News
In June 2025, the Re.Generation Future Leaders Campus brought together ten young changemakers in Reims and Monaco for an immersive experience designed to strengthen leadership for environmental action. Over ten days, the cohort stepped out of their daily projects to connect, reflect, and build new perspectives on how to drive change in an increasingly complex world.
Coming from different regions and disciplines — from marine science and climate finance to Indigenous advocacy, circular innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship — the 2025 cohort reflects the diversity of pathways shaping the environmental transition today. What united them was a shared ambition: turning ideas into impact, and local action into global momentum.
Learning to lead in a changing world
The Campus combined leadership and communication training with moments of exchange and inspiration. Through interactive workshops led by experts and faculty, participants explored storytelling, influence, and strategic leadership — essential tools for navigating public debate, mobilising stakeholders, and amplifying environmental solutions.
Masterclasses with global leaders offered candid insights into the realities of decision-making, responsibility and long-term vision across business, civil society and international organisations. These conversations encouraged participants to challenge assumptions, strengthen their narratives and better position their work within broader systems of change.
From inspiration to connection
Beyond the sessions, the Campus created space for connection — between participants, mentors, partners and the Foundation’s wider network. Field visits and informal exchanges helped ground discussions in real-world challenges, while reinforcing the importance of collaboration across sectors and geographies.
These moments of shared experience are at the heart of the Re.Generation approach: fostering trust, peer learning and lasting relationships that continue well beyond the Campus itself.
A long-term commitment
The Re.Generation Future Leaders Campus is not an endpoint, but a starting point. Following the programme, participants join a growing network supported year-round by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, with tailored opportunities for visibility, communication and engagement at international events. The objective is simple and ambitious at once: help emerging leaders scale their voices, strengthen their projects, and contribute to collective solutions for the planet.
The aftermovie captures moments, conversations and connections from the 2025 Campus — a glimpse into a community in motion, committed to shaping a more sustainable future.
